CENTRAL CLOUD & AI

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains how Central Cloud & AI handles information when you browse this website, use voucher-based certification access or contact us about training, technology services or partnerships.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, country, area of interest and message. Your organization is optional. Provide only information relevant to your inquiry; do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

Why we use information

We use the details you submit to understand and respond to your request, discuss the certification, project or partnership you selected, and maintain related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a program or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Technical information and cookies

The website uses a session cookie to support form security, request verification and authorized access to a certification level. Anti-abuse controls use keyed hashes derived from connection addresses and recent attempt timestamps to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may also process connection information and access or security logs.

The site does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or a database that stores contact-form submissions. Fonts and visual assets are served from the website itself. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although the contact form may then be unable to verify your request.

Voucher access and technical records

When you enter a voucher, the website processes the code to verify access to its assigned level. The website does not retain the original code in its access database. It stores a cryptographic hash, certification level, validity status and use counters in a private database, separate from contact-form messages.

Access sessions and technical attempt records support authorization and integrity. Anti-abuse controls use hashes of candidate codes and connection addresses with recent attempt timestamps. No candidate profile, exam answers or results are collected by the current access area.

Service providers and recipients

Authorized people handling inquiries may access the information you submit. Website hosting and authenticated email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver or store correspondence. Their infrastructure may process information in different countries according to their service arrangements.

If you follow a link to a country partner or another external website, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply. This website does not automatically transfer your contact-form details to a partner when you visit a link.

Retention

Received messages and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry and the hosting or email service in use; there is no single retention period for every record.

The session cookie normally expires when the browser session ends; server session data follows the hosting service’s session settings. Anti-abuse timestamps are pruned within configured rolling windows when requests are processed. Hosting and email backups or logs may follow the providers’ separate retention practices. Voucher hashes, use state and technical attempt history are kept as needed to operate access controls, prevent reuse and preserve record integrity. Access sessions end on sign-out or according to configured session limits.

Security

The form uses server-side validation, session-based request verification and controls against automated abuse. Email transport uses authenticated SMTP with certificate verification when the service is operating. These measures reduce risk; no website or communication system can guarantee complete security.

A success message is displayed only after the sending service accepts the inquiry. If an error is shown, do not assume the request was delivered. With JavaScript enabled, form entries remain available for a retry.

Your choices and requests

You may contact Central Cloud & AI through the contact form to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence without sending unnecessary identity documents. Requests are handled in light of the information involved, applicable rights and any recordkeeping obligations.

You choose whether to provide information. Required fields are needed to process a contact request; the organization field is optional. The website does not use submitted information to make automated eligibility decisions.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the website or its information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the version displayed here. Information supplied for a new service will be accompanied by any additional terms or privacy information relevant to that service.
